For the first time in Israel you are to watch a live vulture (Griffin Vultures and Egyptian Vulture) feeding station located in Hai-Bar Carmel led by Israel Nature and Parks Authority. The site is mean to provide clean food free of veterinarian medicines. The site is location close to the rehabilitation and hacking station were vultures are released back to nature. The site was selected in order to provide the vultures population residing in Carmel Israel a food source and thereby reduce the risk of exposure to poisonings and dangerous contaminant.
In addition to Griffin Vultures and Egyptian Vultures it is possible to observe other birds such as hooded crows, black crows, other raptors and egrets. Vultures from the Golan, the Judean Desert, the Negev, and even the Balkans visit the site throughout the year.
The camera was added and maintained by the Charter Group of Wildlife Ecology (The Shamir Research Institute and the Department of Geography and Environmental Science of the University of Haifa) and funded by a private donor. The camera was placed in full cooperation with Israel Nature and Parks Authority.

לראשונה - תיעוד ממצלמה המשדרת באופן רציף מאתר האכלת נשרים של רשות הטבע והגנים
האתר נועד להבטיח לנשרים מזון זמין ונקי מתרופות וטרינריות. הוא הוקם בסמוך לאתר ההשבה כדי שלאוכלוסייה המשתקמת בכרמל יהיה מקור מזון אשר יקטין את סכנת החשיפה להרעלות ומזהמים מסוכנים.
בשידור ניתן לראות התקבצות של נשרים, רחמים, עורבים אפורים, עורבים שחורים ומינים אחרים. לאתר מגיעים לאורך השנה עופות דורסים רבים - נשרים מהגולן, ממדבר יהודה ומהנגב וכן זוהו גם נשרים מהבלקן.
מצלמת תחנת האכלה הותקנה ומתוחזקת על-ידי 'קבוצת צ'רטר לחקר אקולוגית חיות-הבר' (מכון שמיר למחקר והחוג לגיאוגרפיה ולימודי סביבה באוניברסיטת חיפה) ומומנה על-ידי תורם אנונימי.
