From the mountain town of Durango, Colorado, Jim gives us a tour of his urban homestead. From March to October, Jim and his family produce fresh veggies and fruit. While he may not be 100% food sustainable, we can see an example of how most of us can reduce our consumption and produce high quality foods right in our homes. One doesn't need a large homestead to make a big impact.
Using permaculture, korean natural farming, Jim and his family grow the healthiest organic food.
