My original Defender binnacle cracked, so I replaced it with a Raptor Engineering steel binnacle. It is a direct replacement suitable for pre-2000 Defenders. It comes in black powder coating, with optional black or silver anodised aluminium bezels available. Upgrading the binnacle mount to a steel version is highly recommended to hold the extra weight.
