More than 250 priests from the Diocese of Brooklyn gathered at the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception in Huntington for an away convocation. There, the priests are broken up into two sessions over the course of a week. On Wednesday, the groups overlap and come together for meals, a talk by Bishop Robert Brennan and a keynote speech. This year it was by Monsignor James Shea, the president of the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota and an author.
