390 g (3 cups) all purpose flour
50 g (¼ cup) granulated sugar
4 g (⅔ tsp) salt
1 egg
180 g (¾ cup) lukewarm milk
5 g (1⅔ tsp) instant yeast
36 g (2½ tbsp) unsalted butter
