The fatal crash of the Hindenburg Zeppelin in 1937 was one of the most shocking civilian tragedies of the 20th century. In the years since its crash, the precise cause of the Hindenburg’s demise has never been determined - until now. With new footage brought to light that was never seen by government investigators at the time, the entire length and breadth of the 800 foot long airship can be seen. It is now the only known footage of the Hindenburg in the air before the accident. Now, a team of air crash investigators, scientists and historians have come together to re-examine the evidence and work out what really happened.
