Find the solution for Network proxy server refused to connect on android mobiles, or Fix WiFi proxy server refusing

Working Steps:

-- Go to WiFi in Settings,
-- long-press the network
-- Modify network config
-- Check the Show advanced options
-- Proxy settings should be None
