In this episode I visit Hampshire where we find the A3M. It would have offered a fantastic motorway connection between the M27 and M3... say whaaaat!? The M3? Yes... It was nearly the M3 and the existing M3, nearly wasn't. It's very much a story of "what if" but as we've come to expect in the series, plans were changed and cancelled at the last minute.
