3-4 Tablespoons Jelly, jam or fruit spread
2 1/2 Tablespoons (for dough)
2 ½ Tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 ½ egg yolk (save the egg whites)
1 package of active dry yeast
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
