Mike reviews all three original flavors (Snickerdoodle, Cookies & Cream, Milk Chocolate) of the super popular PES Select Protein!

In each scoop, you get 24g of very high quality protein (ingredients discussed below), 1.5g fat (0 saturated), and 1g or less carbohydrates.

Ingredients:
- Milk Protein Isolate: This is the high quality milk protein that is mostly casein (providing the thickness so that no creamers are needed) as well as some whey protein isolate
- Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (WPC-80) - The highest quality form of Whey protein concentrate - 80% protein by weight. If you see whey protein concentrate on another protein's label, but they don't say WPC-80 specifically.... they're probably not using all the good stuff.
- Leucine - THE anabolic amino acid. Take as much of it as you can, any time of the day.

- NO GARBAGE! That means no fillers, aminos, creamer, nonsense, idiocy, or cheap whey protein.

FLAVORS:
- Snickerdoodle: Talk of the town! This stuff is crazy popular, and tastes just like the cookie. It's a more robust cinnamon cookie. If you think Cellucor's and Dymatize's are too sweet, this is one for you.

- Cookies and Cream: WOWOWOWOW! Clearly Mike's favorite. JUST like the ice cream! Dead. On. This is the one.

- Milk Chocolate - Tastes like ON's 100% Casein. It's good, but let's be real... it's chocolate. Get the above two flavors.

Mixability: Mixes like a champ, but note that there is some grit coming from the casein protein. If you want the "smoothest ever protein", this might not be it, but given the macros, it's soooo worth it.

Cookies and cream is a bit more foamy. Seriously, who cares. Taste is bonkers.

The macros make it fit in both the low-carb and low-fat powders and the taste is awesome.
