Thank you for watching my Texas Style Brisket video. On this video, I smoked up a Wagyu brisket from Midland Meat Co on my Yoder Frontiersman smoker. I went Texas style meaning my rub consisted of mainly salt and pepper. I made a Tex Mex brisket platter with some Mexican street corn, homemade flour tortillas and some queso fundido. This video is also my entry into to semi finals of the BBQ Pitmasters Of YouTube cooking competition.
