Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff has declared three days of official mourning in honor of presidential candidate Eduardo Campos, who died in a plane crash on Wednesday. The small plane carrying Campos and several campaign officials plunged into a residential neighborhood in Santos, a port city in the state of Sao Paulo.
