Apollo 17 astronaut Harrison Schmitt and Flight Director Gerry Griffin explain how Ron Evans in the command module used Landmark Tracking to assist with a pinpoint landing in the Taurus-Littrow valley.

Schmitt and Griffin, along with author Andrew Chaikin and geologist Clive Neal, spoke at the Linda Hall Library on March 28, 2019.
