When using a mod in Sonic Frontiers called Overpowered Sonic, Sonic becomes a lot faster and can fly anywhere he wants in the game. So I decided to use this mod during the Knight Chase scene in the game to see how much easier this section becomes. Spoilers: this section becomes harder using this mod. Not easier.
