Here’s a fun jump rope + push-ups EMOM workout for you to try. This workout combines elements of the EMOM
EMOM stands for every minute on the minute. Your goal is to complete 50 jumps + a set number of push-up reps in 60 seconds. The time you have leftover is your rest period.
Workout starts at 02:00

Minute One:
🔥 50 Jumps + 10 Push-ups
⏸️ Rest for the remainder of the minute
Minute Two:
🔥 50 Jumps + 10 Push-ups
⏸️ Rest for the remainder of the minute
Minute Three:
🔥 50 Jumps + 8 Push-ups
⏸️ Rest for the remainder of the minute
Minute Four:
🔥 50 Jumps + 8 Push-ups
⏸️ Rest for the remainder of the minute
Minute Five:
🔥 50 Jumps + 6 Push-ups
⏸️ Rest for the remainder of the minute
Minute Six:
🔥 50 Jumps + 6 Push-ups

Minute Seven:
