This is one of my all time favorite songs, which I first found in FaZe Illcams 37, which is the best thing ever posted gamingwise among with Parallel in my opinion. One thing that has twisted my arm a bit is that Macklemore and Ryan Lewis has grown so quickly these last couple of months. They've got Thrift Shop at the number one song on Spotify which is a swedish streaming program for music, and this has placed third now on iTunes, with Thrift Shop at the top. I was at a party this friday and heard all of Macklemore's songs and some songs by E-Dubble. I remember going in the off-pist blasting this song, having the time of my life last year, and now Macklemore and Ryan have become world famous artists. I don't know if I like that their fanbase is getting overly expanded even though they are just the people to deserve it, and I don't feel the same special feeling listening to something that everyone knows of. But it's great for them and unsigned artists in general, but I miss the feeling of having these gold chunks for myself. But we've still got a ton of unsigned artists that we can help the same way we did with macklemore. E-dub, Chill Bump or Webby might very well be up next. So stack up your music libraries before the music stops coming for free. I know a french soul-band which I will post from this june, they'll most likely get recognition right after they've dropped their EP, keep your eyes and ears open for that, but until then..
