Tried DX11 & the FPS is around ~20 higher, *BUT* Massive 1sec fps drops whenever new assets are loading in,, DX12 runs lower fps but the dips are much less noticeable. Will do a follow up video /w FPS cap as I think that will smooth out the fps even further given console optimization for 60fps might help the PC version too.
