For ripe Jackfruit pudding :-
වරකා වටලප්පම් සදහා :-
- [ ] Ripe jackfruit අමු වරකා කැබලි
- [ ] 4 eggs බිත්තර
- [ ] 125 ml Coconut milk උකු පොල්කිරි
- [ ] 125 g jaggery කිතුල් හකුරු
- [ ] Cardamom powder එනසාල් කුඩු
- [ ] Salt ලුණු පිංචක්
For ripe Jackfruit Halapa :-
වරකා හැලප සදහා :-
- [ ] Ripe Jackfruit ( boiled ) තම්බපු වරකා
- [ ] All purpose flour or Fried rice flour 125g බැදපු හාල් පිටි
- [ ] 100g jaggery කිතුල් හකුරු
- [ ] Salt ලුණු පිංචක්
- [ ] Margarine or butter මාගරින්
- [ ] Grated coconut + Honey පොල්පැණි
