What's up guys in this video I guide you through a 15 minute boxing workout!
This boxing workout is a total of 12 rounds. We will be alternating 3 exercises: 1) Jump Rope 2) Shadowbox 3) Heavy Bag
Each round is 1 minute and the break is 20 seconds (really more of a transition period) Give this boxing workout a try if you own a heavy bag this is a perfect quick cardio improving workout you can do at home!
I tracked how many calories I burned using a Fitbit for 15 minutes of this boxing workout I burned 186 calories! That's equivalent to 3.5 Oreo cookies! (Useless information... or is it)
Each Round we will be doing something different on each station:
#1 Jump Rope: 2 Feet Light/Easy
#2 Shadowbox: Basic Punches
#3 Heavy Bag: Straight Punches
#4 Jump Rope: Alternating Feet
#5 Shadowbox: Footwork Focused
#6 Heavy Bag: Hooks Only
#7 Jump Rope: Single Leg (10 Hops)
#8 Shadowbox: Head Movement Focused
#9 Heavy Bag: 8 Punch Combos
#10 Jump Rope: Double Jumps (Every 6)
#11 Shadowbox: Freestyle
#12 Heavy Bag: Non-Stop Punches
