This piece of sushi is 100% vegan.
Today we’re at The Plont Lab in Hollywood.
We kicked off lunch with miso soup, and these delicious Atom Balls. These are crispy rice balls with spicy tuna and eel sauce. The crunch was real.
Then we got the Einstein Roll, and Davinci Roll, and oh my, were these phenomenal.
I almost feel bad telling you they’re vegan because they can stand on their own against a traditional roll. They’re that good.
However, mid-way through our lunch we learned the saddest news. They are closing this location and now they’ll only have their food truck.
But, I encourage you to go seek it out because this is the best vegan sushi I’ve ever eaten.
