To create a numerical sequence, insert the starting value in a cell (in this example, we'll assume it's A1). Click on the lower right-hand corner of that cell, and drag to cover all the cells that will be part of the sequence. An "Auto Fill Options" box will appear. Click on the down arrow, and select "Fill Series".
