1 cup gram flour = 125 gm

Dhokla
Ingredients
Ingredients for better
 Gram flour (Besan) : 3 cup
 Eno : 1 & 1/2
 Salt : 1 tsp
 Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
 Sugar : 1 tbsp
 Refined oil : 2 tbsp
 Green chili : 3 (paste)
 Ginger : 1 inch piece (paste)
 Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Ingredients for tadka
 Refined oil : 2 tbsp
 Mustard seeds : 1 tbsp
 Sugar : 3-4 tbsp (according to taste)
 Citric acid : 1 tsp
 Green chili : 3-4
 Coriander leaves : 2-3 tbsp
 Water : 2-3 cup
