A federal judge in Florida laid out some nice guidelines on how pro se consumers (who don't have lawyers) can better plead (write) their lawsuits. It is also good advice for consumer lawyers to follow.

And there is a little bonus on whether you should refer back to a prior complaint when you amend the complaint (lawsuit).
