Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 tbs sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 rice flour

4 cloves garlic
1 knob ginger
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 green capsicum
1/3 pineapple
1/2 red onion

Sweet and Sour sauce
2 tbs tomato sauce (ketchup)
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs shaoxing wine
1 tbs sesame oil
3 tbs water
3 tbs sugar or Stevia
2 tsp cornstarch

Garnish
1 stalk spring onion
1 tsp sesame seeds
