1. Which millet cleans(detoxify) which body part (organ)?
2. When we mix millets why the cleaning system does not take place properly?

Why to soak and sundry millets for making flour?
1. Do we need to soak the flour again and rest it while making roti or chapati? If so what is the time we need to maintain?
2. What happens to fiber when we soak properly? How does it helpful for us?
3. If we do not soak properly what are the problems arise in our body?
4. Which flour is better for making sweets and snacks made out of frying in oils?
5. What is the previous generation method of making flour?
