He explained that there are two types of goals
1. Long range - these are goals for the future, What you want to be and what to want to achieve for the future.
2. Short Range - Goals for the immediate period.

Goals help you to reach your dreams. Dreams without goals are dead; it's a waste of time. When you set goals, it helps you get to your dreams faster.
