Fenland Grasstrack Club seem to be experts at putting on a superb British Youth Championships, and the 2018 Championship was possibly the best yet, with some fantastic racing in all the classes. The Auto Cadet class saw some really close battles all day between Ollie Bins and George Colvin. It's hard to believe how young these riders are, especially when you see the speeds they race at. Who would come out on top in the Juniors? Would it be Max Perry who looks destined for the Speedway world, or would it be Cameron Taylor who's been looking so good on the grasstracks for the last few seasons.
The Cadet class sees former Auto Cadet champion Cooper Rushen looking to add the Cadet title to his many titles, but with Guernsey rider Thomas Vinning also looking to take the title, Cooper would not get things his own way.
The Intermediates looked to be the most competitive class of the meeting, with Sam Norris, Mickie Simpson, Aiden Arthur, Chris Mackie, and defending Champion Jake Mulford all looking really quick. Some great action throughout the meeting, but which one of these flying youngsters would go home with the spoils?
Supported by the new Grasstrack class, the GT140's, who always provide really close racing.
