Taking a closer look at a vintage Electrodynamic Loudspeaker w/ a Humbucking Coil that is used to mitigate Hum. In addition we'll look at the individual pieces of an Electrodynamic Speaker, i.e., Cardboard Gasket, Cone, Basket, Magnetic Field Area, Field Coil, Humbucking Coil, Spider, Voice Coil Former, Voice Coil, Center Pole Piece/Core, and Output Transformer. We'll also look at the phase relationship of the signal and use Speaker Pop to identify the polarity of the Voice Coil and Humbucking Coil in addition to using a Audio Signal Generator and Signal Tracer to validate the Hum cancelling properties.
