There have been protests in India after parliament approved the Citizenship Amendment Bill.
The law grants Indian nationality to non-Muslims who fled Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Protesters fear a flood of foreigners while others fear for the future of the Muslim minority in India.
