Andhra Style Paruppu Podi,
Required Ingredients:
• Channa Dal - 50 gm
• Urad dal - 75 gm
• Sesame seeds - 4 tbsp
• Black pepper - 1 tbsp
• Curry leaves - 1 cup
• Guntoor and Kashmiri chilly - 100 gm
• Ground nut - 100 gm.
Dry Roast seperately
• Hing powder - 1/2 tbsp
• Salt - 1 1/2 tbsp
Grind into powder
Store in air tight container, can be eaten with rice, idli, dosa, chapati etc. Mixed with coconut or gingelly oil or ghee.
