Emotions ran high Thursday as domestic abuse survivors and their supporters testified at the State House in Trenton. The Assembly Law and Public Safety Committee held a joint hearing with the Assembly Judiciary Committee as members reviewed a package of bills addressing domestic violence. It includes 11 measures aimed at improving protections for victims and survivors.
