Hello once again from 3am! Here's an authentic PC-98 remix of "Tortoise Dragon ~ Fortune and Misfortune", the 4th Boss Theme from Touhou 17 "Wily Beast and Weakest Creature". I wasn't expecting this song to still be open given lots of 0-day remixes were made for this (and Touhou 18) but hey that means it's fair game for me.
