The ‘Handover Strategies’ white paper will be released by the end of 2016 and will address the common issues owners face during the handover phase. The research provides sound advice on how to tackle these challenges.
The research includes the latest data and views from leading industry professionals, and it covers each stage required for a project to be completed. It also focuses on the project handover and Defect Liability Period phase.
Data collected by the TFG Asset Management research team reveals there are five critical issues that frequently occur during the handover phase. The paper therefore stresses that without adequate expertise and meticulous management, the project will be poorly delivered, to the detriment of its investors.
The research also highlights the important role the residential and commercial asset manager play and the value they provide to investors.
