PUT YOUR SOUP IN THE FRIDGE TO REMOVE THE FAT EASILY.
We don’t like fat or cholesterol on our soup, but we cannot avoid meats. So skimming off fat or cholesterol on soup is important. But sometimes doing this is very challenging especially when you don’t have utensil to help you. One hack I recommend is to put your soup in the fridge for couple of hours to solidify that “ UNHEALTHY FAT” to an extent that you can scoop it out easily with a spoon. Once that’s done, reboil the soup to get a much stronger soup!If you so desire. But you can skip it if you don’t want too strong soup.
