For day 27, I wanted to introduce a few other weighted movements. Weight vest push ups, weight vest rows and weight vest lunges!
Rings... Lot's of people have questions about ring training. Here is the deal... if you are below the rings, the movements are no harder than if done on a bar, so for instance, pull ups and rows done are rings vs the bar require very similar levels of strength and stability. However, when you are above the rings, as in dips, and push ups, there is an additional stability requirement that adds a very significant challenge.
