This is a large gem variety of red fluorite crystal from the August 2019 find at the Huanggang Mine. It features intense red color needing no backlighting at all. Slightly included with byssolite needles (fibrous actinolite asbestos). These red gems were found to be associated with green quartz crystals with the same byssolite inclusions in the pocket. Facet-grade specimen.
