Recipe Below:
Ingredients: 6 pcs
baking time →150°C→18~20 Minutes (pre-heated oven)
Dough mixture
250 g. (2 cups)APF/BREADFLOUR
50g. (1/4 cup)SUGAR
4g. (1/2 tsp +1/8 tsp) SALT
5g. YEAST
125ml WARM MILK
2 EGGYOLK +1/2 EGGYOLK
1/4 cup boiled and mashed Potato
60g. (1/4 cup+1/2 tsp)BUTTER
FILLING:
200 ml/g. BUTTER
200 ml/g. CONDENSEDMILK
200 g. Icing sugar (you can put 100 grms if you don't want sweet)
Cheese for Toppings!
