Being a Microblading artist comes with its difficulties. One of which being the awkward positions you put your body in all day in order to give your client the best eyebrows possible. I find myself constantly hunched over just to be closer to my work. I've tried different service table, magnified eyewear, etc. It got to the point where my back would be killing me after a long day of work and I even started to feel numbness is my right arm. So I had my dad (who is genuinely one THE best chiropractors... and I'm not just saying that because he is my father... because I've been to a bunch of chiropractors) give me some exercises to do at home or in between clients. I thought this would be something really good to share with other people in the industry whether it be microbladers, nail techs, esthis, etc.
