We already know our health service is under immense strain - now a 5 News investigation has suggested there's a huge rise in doctor shortages. In a snapshot study of NHS Trusts in England, we found that the number of unfilled shifts has gone up by nearly half in the last year. That's leaving staff overstretched and exposed.
