The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) will soon launch a political charter that will bind politicians in ensuring they play their role of peacekeeping. NCIC Chairperson Samuel Kobia said today the charter will be fast-tracked to ensure leaders are held responsible for their actions and utterances prior to and during elections. The commission is still under siege over its inability to tame politicians.
