This chocolate pudding is everything you need for either a nice breakfast, an afternoon snack, or a nice healthy dessert because it is full of flavors, low in fat, low in carbs, high in protein, and gentle with your body!
LOW-CARB, LOW-SUGAR, HIGH-PROTEIN VEGAN CHOCOLATE PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons of ground chia seeds
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of monk fruit sugar or any sugar or sweetener of your choice
a pinch of salt
complete the jar with plant-based milk
METHOD:
Add all the ingredients to an 8-ounce jar, close the jar tightly, shake well, and put it in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
CUPS CONVERSION:
1 cup = 250 ml / 8.45 oz
1/2 cup = 125 ml / 4.22 oz
1/3 cup = 85 ml / 2.87 oz
1/4 cup = 60 ml / 2.02 oz
