Whether you're looking to build strength and muscle, improve endurance, or burn a lot of calories this will be a great workout to follow along with at home. All you need for this upper body workout is a pair of dumbbells (I'm using 40 lbs and 20 lbs) and a soft surface. This workout is broken out into 3 sets of 10 exercises.
