Here's the same 3 saws but this time in 16" pine. This is unscientific but fun to do. Both the 044 and 365 are tuned a bit fat but thats how i run my saw typically.

Official times

562xp 9 seconds average
365 special 10 seconds average
044 7.5 seconds average.

The 562 is a very capable saw being its down 5cc to the 365 and 10cc to the 044.

This begs the question, for the average guy cutting firewood, do you need a big saw?
