This is a very quick video showing you step by step how to cook Anglo India fried rice. This rice is also known as pilau rice in other parts of India. This is a very easy recipe that I grew up to make. This was my basic rice my mother taught me to cook. Ingredients :

2 cups of rice
3 cups of water
Oil
Onion
Bay leave
Cloves
Cardamom
Cinnamon stick (optional)
Yellow food colouring
Salt to taste
