Description: This is a pickling recipe. I used radish and carrots in the video, but you can pretty much pickle anything. Pickled radish is so good. The crunch is amaaaazing!
After prepped, the pickled jars are to remain at room temperature for a few days. Then store in the refrigerator. Keep refrigerated and enjoy for 2 weeks.
*Note: Vegetables should be dried throughly before pickling. Any extra moisture could dilute the concoction. Use extra salt if needed.
