In this video I did a quick review of 2 Nordic Ware Sheet Pans. I just bought this Nordic Ware Prism Half Baking Sheet and I’ve been using this Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Bake Sheet for quite some time now. I made a batch of cookies and I want to see if there will be any significant differences in how the same cookie turns out baked on different sheets. I’ve never read or heard that there are advantages to using one or the other but I thought I would try this experiment out. I love this line as well as USA Pans. If you have any favorite sheet pans let me know!
Similarities
1. Both are designed for commercial use and made of durable aluminum that allows heat dispersion to create perfectly baked goods and provides even baking.
2. The light color prevents over-browning.
3. The oversized edge makes the pans super easy to grab in and out of the oven.
4. Aluminum should never rust but the Pans should be hand washed.
5. Any discoloration that occurs is merely cosmetic and should not affect baking performance.
6. Made in the USA.
7. Aluminum provides a natural nonstick surface.
Differences
1. The embossed prism pattern says it enhances the performance and provides easy release while improving air flow for crisping.
2. The Natural Sheet can be used with parchment or silicone sheets.
