Hey!!!!! Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend! I just picked up this amazing deal at Costco - this 6.5 lb. MONSTER of a bag of frozen chicken breasts! It is high-quality, Kirkland Signature brand, and it never fails to meet my needs for lean muscle-building protein! I usually use this in my stir fry that I cook in my wok, and I typically make a weeks worth every Sunday for meal prep! This way I don't have to cook my dinner every night and I have more time to do other important things! This is an amazing value and Kirkland/Costco always delivers on the value and quality! If you don't have a Costco membership, ask a friend or family member to pick you up a bag! It's worth it! Save $$! Eat healthy!
