Exploring the Power of Play is an important part of what inspires me and those in my life, so, every other week I will be doing a live Let's Play of a game for at least an hour - maybe longer unless I get booked to run a tabletop game for folks.

This Bi-Weekly Live Let's Play is but one powerful tool that helps me to connect with people more because it shares a fun passion of mine, but gaming is also valuable for me as a decompression tool for my writing. With so many things that play can do, it's no wonder it's the first thing we learn!

Now that we're done with Subnautica, as an homage to @LiliaTV who played a game she knew she would be terrified of on stream. For me, the whole act is one big toe dip into the pool of social anxiety, and y'all help me to overcome my dragons in great strides as much as terrible tumbles. Lilia had the courage through a video game, and helped me to see what it could be for me and the people I share it with.

Prey is a game not dissimilar from Subnautica in many ways, but, instead of being a survival game, it boasts being a stealth (optional) game with tactics and a few different ways to play through the story- endings and all. A game that plays with your understanding of the truth of the story as you discover it, and even changes based on how you interact with key individuals. The DLC even features a unique playstyle where 6 separate survivors must take turns to escape a base with the same shared map - don't be too greedy with one, and don't be too slow with the others! We'll get there, soon enough.
