As a Filipino, this build is really close to my heart as it gives a peek to our culture. Shophouses, like other parts of SEA, can also be found in the Philippines too. This is a common setup in some parts of the Philippines, mostly in urbanized areas. The owners live in the upstairs of the shophouse while running a business dowsntairs.

🍃 BACKSTORY
This land belongs to a 3-sim family who also runs an eatery or "karinderya". In this build, a shared space is also situated in the open space of the second floor where the tenants and the owners can gather for potluck. The tenants could also go there to prep and drink their hot beverages. The rooftop is also tagged as a shared space where sims can gather and hangout to gaze at the stars.

There are four apartments available for rent in the second building. They are created based on my experience on renting one. However, I also made it more comfortable by adding the luxury of an individual private balcony which is very rare to find here. Also, the interior of the apartments are pretty much generic since I would like to leave it to the player to spruce up the place. However, I do have a suggestion for tenants: Apartment#1 for an Elder/Single, Apartment#2 for a Student, Apartment#3 for a Single man/woman who loves gardening, and Apartment#4 for a newly-wed/young couple.
