🌴Ingredients
3 1/2 pounds pork
1 tomato
1/2 potato
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 Tsp pimento seed
1 stalk scallions
1 Tsp fresh ginger
2 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1 onion
1 small carrot
🌼Seasoning
1 Tbsp jerk powder season
1 Tsp black pepper
1 to 2 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tbsp wet jerk marinate/optional
1 Tbsp browning in total/or dark soya
2 Tbsp fish & meat sauce/optional
6 to 8 cups water in total add more if needed,
2 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 sweet pepper
1 Tbsp sugar for taste,optional
